With over a decade of dedicated experience in Human Resource Operations, I have continually sought opportunities for growth and enhancement. Driven by a commitment to process improvement and implementation, I delved into the possibilities that ServiceNow offered our department. Through diligent research and proactive efforts, I spearheaded the implementation of knowledge and incident management systems, paving the way for streamlined operations.

Expanding my scope beyond initial initiatives, I took on a new role within HR Technology, leading the successful rollout of ServiceNow’s Human Resources ServiceNow (HRSD) platform. My reputation for simplifying complexity precedes me, as I am adept at crafting user-friendly experiences for my team and swiftly resolving obstacles as they arise. My enthusiasm for technology drives me to continually explore innovative solutions and maximize the potential of our existing resources.

I have always embraced challenges and seized every opportunity to broaden my knowledge. Much of what I've learned, I've acquired through self-teaching and hands-on experience. However, in recent years, I've actively sought out more structured and intensive learning environments.

This past summer marked a significant step in this pursuit as I enrolled in the University of Minnesota's UX/UI Certification Bootcamp. Deciding to temporarily shift my focus away from the corporate world, I took on a part-time role in education as a Substitute Teacher, fully dedicating myself to advancing my education and skill set.

Substitute Teacher assigned to La Academia Elementary a minimuam of 3 days a week.
Provide classroom teacher coverage for all teacher within the building, as well as special education paraprofessional coverage supporting students with unique learning needs.

Lead the design, development & implementation Human Resources ServiceNow (HRSD)
Configured Employee Center as the new user interface for team members to engage with HR.

Operations Business Partner | Learning & Development

2016 - 2017

As a Learning and Development Operations Business Partner at Target I was the SharePoint Site Owner for our Target Training Catalog. The Target Training Catalog contains over 16,000 training items such as videos, eLearnings, Courses and Learning Plans which feed into their training site called Learn@Target.

Create, train, and maintain all processes and policies on the publishing and content management processes within Learning and Development.
Intake request for Learning and Development Specialist support, determining resources needed and estimated workload.
Troubleshoot any issue within our SharePoint Site and know when and what to escalate to our partners.
Consult on learner solutions available within Target while assisting Designers and Developers in creating positive learning experiences.
Conduct quarterly audits of our training catalog to maintain the health and accuracy of our measurement data.
Partner closely with our Learning and Development Innovation India team for continuous improvement of both the SharePoint site and the Learn@Target Platform following Agile Methodology.
Onboard and train all new Learning and Development team members in our processes.
Lead our Learning and Development Specialist through all publishing process changes and keep them aware of current ‘bugs’ or issues that learners may be experiencing.
